Kidzania
Kidzania is an edutainment centre designed to prepare kids for the workplace. Resembling a mini-city, with child-sized replicas of office buildings and cars, kids get to take turns ‘working’ in over 90 different types of jobs, including pretending to be a surgeon, pilot, secret agent, lawyer, news anchor and fire fighter. Kids at the simulated News Straits Times Press office are given the task of roaming the ‘city’ to find news to write and publish or deliver copies of the paper around the city or collect them for recycling while younger girls will particularly love Chika’s Locker Fashion Boutique where they’ll get the chance to pose and model on a fashion parade catwalk.
